Adrián Sepiurca, an Argentinian living in Madrid, is the artistic coordinator of the 21 Districts program, which promotes access to culture to all corners of the city through different disciplines. 21 distritos is a project of cultural dynamization and stimulation in the neighborhoods promoted by the Area of Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Madrid City Council. Its team works to create a dialogue between cultural agents and citizens to bring culture in a safe, inclusive and sustainable way to all corners. Part of their work is carried out through artistic training and personal development courses for homeless people and those at risk of exclusion in order to help them reintegrate socially and in the labor market.
